Videos are shot in 1080 dpi 60 FPS which is preferred for social media. 4k is available but not needed for social media marketing. If 4k is required for a project please let us know, it is 4x the file size and transfer speeds take a longer time.

NH Home Tours retains full copyright ownership of all media created. A non-transferable license is granted to the original agent for the exclusive purpose of marketing the property. This license covers social media sharing, print advertising, and digital advertising directly related to the sale of the property and remains in effect until the property is sold. The license does not extend to any other use, such as agent self-promotion or marketing materials, without prior written permission from NH Home Tours, which may incur additional costs. However, we give you a project folder with all your assets in them to use for marketing as you see fit. They assets are not allowed to be transferred or sold.

It's important to know that we do not gate-keep your photos and videos, we give them to you to download and use how you see fit. The only thing you're not allowed to do is re-sell them or allow others to use them.

You'll receive a project folder with the photos, video and floor plans. We will also provide a marketing page with your assets and contact info a well. Use your assets to build web pages, social media content and your Youtube channel.
